Vendors are responsible for keeping their business information, location details, schedules, menus, prices, photos, and contact information accurate and up to date.

Location Accuracy

TruckBites may display vendor-submitted, estimated, or user-assisted location information. We do not guarantee that all locations, hours, menus, prices, or availability are accurate at all times.

Photos and Submitted Content

By submitting content or granting permission, you allow TruckBites to use that content for website, app, promotional, proof-of-concept, and launch purposes. You confirm that you have the right to share any submitted content.

Food Vendors and Transactions

TruckBites is a discovery and information platform. Food purchases, food quality, pricing, service, availability, and vendor operations are handled by each vendor.

Limitation of Liability

TruckBites is provided as-is. We are not responsible for vendor availability, food quality, pricing, schedule changes, location errors, third-party services, or interruptions.
